Common use of Exercise Dates Clause in Contracts

Exercise Dates. Tenant must give Landlord notice in writing of its exercise of the option in question no earlier than three hundred sixty (360) days before the date the Lease Term would end but for said exercise (the “Earliest Exercise Date”) and no later than one hundred eighty (180) days before the date the Lease Term would end but for said exercise (the “Last Exercise Date”). Valid exercise by Tenant shall be conditioned on Tenant validly exercising its option as to the 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Avenue Premises as well as the 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Premises, and Tenant is not entitled to exercise an option for one of the Leases and not the other.
