Exercise in Whole or in Part. The Warrants represented by a Warrant Certificate shall be exercisable, at the election of the Holder thereof, either in full or from time to time in part and, in the event that a Warrant Certificate is exercised in respect of fewer than all of the Warrants represented thereby at any time prior to the date of expiration of the Warrants, a new Warrant Certificate evidencing the remaining Warrant or Warrants will be issued and delivered by the Warrant Agent pursuant to the provisions of this Section and of Section 2 hereof.
