Common use of Exercise of Administrative Authority Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Administrative Authority. The MPF Provider agrees to exercise the authority granted to it under this Agreement and in the FHLB Guide to administer Approved Non-Member Servicers with appropriate consultation with the MPF Banks that own the affected Program Loans in accordance with the FHLB Guide, in the same manner and with the same care that the MPF Provider would exercise if it owned the assets. The MPF Provider will enforce the Servicing Agreements for the benefit of the MPF Banks that own the Program Loans that are serviced by the Approved Non-Member Servicers.
