Exercise of Borrower's Powers. without any further consent by or notice to the Chargor, to exercise on behalf of the Chargor, as the case may be, all the powers conferred on the Chargor as tenant, lessee or licensee and without any liability in respect of powers so exercised or omitted to be exercised;
