Common use of Exercise of Company Warrants Post-Effective Time Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Company Warrants Post-Effective Time. Upon any exercise of a Company Warrant following the Effective Time, the Company shall: (i) deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Purchaser Shares needed to settle such exercise; and (ii) cause the Purchaser to issue the necessary number of Purchaser Shares needed to settle such exercise.

Exercise of Company Warrants Post-Effective Time. Upon any exercise of a Company Warrant following the Effective Time, the Company shall: (i) deliver, or cause to be delivered, the Purchaser Shares needed to settle such exercise; , and (ii) cause the Purchaser to issue the necessary number of Purchaser Shares needed to settle such exercise; and Purchaser shall cooperate with and do all necessary things so as to allow Company to comply with the foregoing.

Upon any exercise of a Company Warrant following the Effective Time, the Company shall: (i) deliver, or cause to be delivered, Purchaser shall deliver the Purchaser Shares needed to settle such exercise; and (ii) cause the Purchaser to issue the necessary number of Purchaser Shares needed to settle such exercise.
