EXERCISE OF FIRST OPTION TO EXTEND TERM. Lessee hereby exercises it's option to extend the term of this Lease from December 1, 2000 up to and including November 30, 2005 ("FIRST EXTENSION PERIOD"). Lessor hereby accepts said exercise.
