Common use of Exercise of Participants’ Rights Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Participants’ Rights. All rights of the Participants as set forth in this Participation Agreement shall be exercised by their respective Authorized Officer. Wherever in this Participation Agreement action is required by or allowed to a Participant, such action shall be taken by the Authorized Officer on behalf of the Participant. All notices required to be sent to Participants shall be sent to the Authorized Officer.
