Exercise of Powers; Instructions of the Required Shared Collateral Secured Parties; Voting. (a) All of the powers, remedies and rights of the Shared Collateral Agent as set forth in this Intercreditor Agreement may be exercised by the Shared Collateral Agent in respect of any Shared Collateral Security Document as though set forth in full therein and all of the powers, remedies and rights of the Shared Collateral Agent as set forth in any Shared Collateral Security Document may be exercised from time to time as herein and therein provided. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of any Shared Collateral Security Document and the provisions hereof, the provisions of this Intercreditor Agreement shall govern.
