Common use of Exercise of Powers Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Powers. All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 as varied or extended by this Debenture, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Security Agent without further notice to any Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Event which is continuing, irrespective of whether the Security Agent has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.

Exercise of Powers. All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 as varied or extended by this Debenture, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Interim Security Agent without further notice to any Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Event which a Declared Default has occurred and is continuing, irrespective of whether the Interim Security Agent has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.

Exercise of Powers. All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 as varied or extended by this Debenture, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Security Agent without further notice to any the Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Event which is continuing, irrespective of whether the Security Agent has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.after

All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 Xxx 0000 as varied or extended by this Debenture, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Interim Security Agent without further notice to any Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Event which a Declared Default has occurred and is continuing, irrespective of whether the Interim Security Agent has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.

Exercise of Powers. All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 as varied or extended by this DebentureDeed, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture Deed on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Security Agent Chargee in any manner in which it sees fit without further notice to any the Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Enforcement Event which is continuinghas occurred, irrespective of whether the Security Agent Chargee has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.

Exercise of Powers. All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 as varied or extended by this DebentureDeed, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture Deed on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Security Agent Chargee without further notice to any the Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Enforcement Event which is continuinghas occurred, irrespective of whether the Security Agent Chargee has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.

Exercise of Powers. All or any of the powers conferred upon mortgagees by the Law of Property Act 1925 as varied or extended by this DebentureSecurity Agreement, and all or any of the rights and powers conferred by this Debenture Security Agreement on a Receiver (whether expressly or impliedly), may be exercised by the Security Agent without further notice to any the Chargor at any time upon or after the occurrence of an Acceleration Event which is continuing, irrespective of whether the Security Agent has taken possession or appointed a Receiver of the Charged Property.
