Exercise of Remedies by the Bond Trustee. Upon the occurrence and continuance of any Event of Default under this Lease Agreement, unless the same is waived as provided in this Lease Agreement, the Bond Trustee, as assignee of the Issuer, shall have the following rights and remedies, in addition to any other rights and remedies provided under this Lease Agreement or by law:
