Common use of Exercise of Rights and Remedies Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Rights and Remedies. The rights and remedies provided to Lessor under this Agreement may be exercised by Lessor itself, by Agent pursuant to Subparagraph 2.02(c) of the Participation Agreement, by a court-appointed receiver or by any other Person appointed by any of the foregoing to act on its behalf. All of the benefits afforded to Lessor under this Agreement and the other Operative Documents shall accrue to the benefit of Agent to the extent provided in Subparagraph 2.02(c) of the Participation Agreement.
