Exercise of Rights in Pledged Securities. The Borrower will permit the Bank or its nominee at any time after the occurrence of a Default, without notice, to exercise all voting and corporate rights relating to the Collateral, including, without limitation, exchange, subscription or any other rights, privileges, or options pertaining to any corporate securities or other ownership interests in or of a corporation, partnership, joint venture or limited liability company constituting Collateral and the Stock Rights as if it were the absolute owner thereof.
