Exercise of Rights of Indenture Trustee and Bondholders Not To Be Hindered or Delayed. Nothing contained in this Article XI shall be deemed or construed to authorize or permit, by reason of any call of a meeting of Bondholders or any rights expressly or impliedly conferred hereunder to make such call, any hindrance or delay in the exercise of any right or rights conferred upon or reserved to the Indenture Trustee or to the Bondholders under any of the provisions of this Indenture or of the Bonds. Unless otherwise provided in the related Terms Indenture, any action specified in Section 11.01 may be effected by Act of the appropriate Bondholders or in any other manner permitted hereby, without any meeting being called pursuant to this Article XI.
