Common use of Exercise of Statutory Power Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Statutory Power. Where the Customer is in breach of this Agreement or if SunWater is entitled to terminate this Agreement under clause 19.1, SunWater may, subject to giving notice as required by the Act, sell the Customer’s Allocation.
