EXERCISE OF THE AUTHORIZED RIGHTS. 3.1 The Shareholders shall provide full assistance to the exercise of the Authorized Rights by the Authorized Person, including promptly executing the shareholders’ resolution of Shanghai Huaqianshu as adopted by the Authorized Person or other relevant legal documents when necessary (including for satisfying the documentation requirements for government approvals, registrations and filings).
