Exercise of the Council’s powers. ‌ 14.1 The Council may terminate this Agreement in accordance with the 2004 Regulations. 14.2 Nothing contained in this Agreement or implied in it shall prejudice or affect the rights, discretions, powers, duties and obligations of the Council under all statutes, bye-laws, statutory instruments, orders and regulations in the exercise of its functions as a local authority.
