Exercise of the Trusted Rights. 3.1 Existing Shareholders will provide adequate assistance for the Proxy in exercising the Trusted Rights, including prompt execution of shareholder resolutions made by the Proxy for the Company or other relevant legal documents when necessary (e.g. when the submission of such documents is necessary for the approval of, or registration or filing with government departments).
