Exercise of Warrants; Exercise Price; Termination Date. Each Prefunded Warrant shall entitle the Holder, subject to the provisions of the applicable Warrant Certificate and of this Agreement, to purchase from the Company the number of shares of Common Stock stated therein, at the price of $0.001 per share with respect to the Prefunded Warrants, subject to the subsequent adjustments provided in the Prefunded Warrant. Each Nonprefunded Warrant shall entitle the Holder, subject to the provisions of the applicable Warrant Certificate and of this Warrant Agreement, to purchase from the Company the number of shares of Common Stock stated therein, at the price of $[*] with respect to the Nonprefunded Warrants, subject to the subsequent adjustments provided in the Nonprefunded Warrant.
