Exercise of Warrants; Issue of Warrant Shares. 4.2.1. The Warrant Holder shall exercise the Warrant (or any portion thereof) by delivering to the Company a duly executed Purchase Form, a form of which is attached to this Agreement, provided, however, that in each single exercise of a portion of the Warrant (except for the last portion), the Warrant Holder will exercise such portion in an exercise amount of at least NIS 200,000.
