Common use of Exercise of Xxxxx's Undertaking Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Xxxxx's Undertaking. The Seller, as the recipient of Xxxxx's Undertaking, will be entitled to deliver to the Buyer, on or prior to each Exercise Date, an Exercise Notice with respect to that Exercise Date. Each Exercise Notice shall be accompanied by two copies of a Murabaha FLPR Asset Sale Confirmation referring to and reflecting the terms of that Exercise Notice and executed by the Seller (provided that such Exercise Notice shall not be invalid by reason only of being accompanied by one copy of such Murabaha FLPR Asset Sale Confirmation).
