Common use of EXERCISE OR CONVERSION OF PROMOTIONAL SHARES Clause in Contracts

EXERCISE OR CONVERSION OF PROMOTIONAL SHARES. To the extent the Promotional Shares have or represent exercise rights or conversion rights, the Escrow Agent shall, upon receipt of the Issuer's written request, provide the documents that evidence and/or which are necessary to cause exercise of the rights or conversion rights. The shares of Common Stock or other securities of the Issuer issued upon exercise or conversion of the Promotional Securities shall become and remain in escrow subject to the terms of this Agreement.
