Exercise Period of Exchange Right. At any time after the date hereof and from time to time, the Exchange Right may be exercised by Purchaser in its sole discretion, in whole or in part until such time as all of the Notes are exchanged for Common Stock, paid at maturity or redeemed in accordance with their terms.
