Common use of Exercise Price and Number of Securities Clause in Contracts

Exercise Price and Number of Securities. Except as otherwise provided in Section 10 hereof, each of the Warrants are exercisable to purchase one share of Common Stock at an initial exercise price equal to the Exercise Price.
