Common use of Exercise Price and Number of Securities Clause in Contracts

Exercise Price and Number of Securities. Except as otherwise provided in Section 10 hereof, each Underwriter's Warrant is exercisable to purchase one share of Common Stock at an initial exercise price equal to the Exercise Price. The Exercise Price and the number of shares of Common Stock for which the Underwriter's Warrant may be exercised shall be the price and the number of shares of Common Stock which shall result from time to time from any and all adjustments in accordance with the provisions of Section 11 hereof.
