Exercise Shares Notice and Certificate. As soon as practicable following the receipt by the Company of a written request by the Registered Holder, but in any event not later than ten (10) Business Days thereafter, the Company will provide to the Registered Holder written notice certifying the number of Exercise Shares or the amount, if any, of other shares of stock, securities or assets then issuable upon exercise of the Warrant. Each such certification shall be signed by the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of the Company and by the secretary or any assistant secretary of the Company.
