Exercise Upon Redemption. Upon receipt of the Redemption Notice, the Holder of this Warrant shall have the option, at its sole election, to specify what portion of its Warrants called for redemption in the Redemption Notice shall be redeemed as provided in this Section 10 or exercised into Warrant Shares in the manner provided in Section 1 hereof.
