Exhibit A Project Order. This Project Order is entered into as of _____, 20__ (“Order Effective Date”) by and between Twist Bioscience Corporation, a Delaware corporation with an office at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Twist”) and Adicet Bio, Inc. a Delaware corporation with an office at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (“Company”), and shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the Antibody Discovery Agreement dated March 23, 2021 between Twist and Company (the “Agreement”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Project Order and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall control unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Parties in this Project Order.
