Common use of Exhibit M, Affidavit Clause in Contracts

Exhibit M, Affidavit. of No Offshoring (To be executed at the time of contract and annually thereafter); and No additional documents submitted by a Respondent will be incorporated in the Contract unless it is specifically identified and incorporated into the Contract. In addition to the requirements set forth in this Contract, the Contractor has an ongoing obligation to comply with FDC policies, procedures, and HSBs (relevant portions of which were attached to the RFP from which this Contract stems). Upon Contract execution, the Contractor will be provided access to FDC systems that will enable the Contractor to obtain the policies, procedures, and HSBs and any updates thereto. To the extent these are updated by FDC (or new policies, procedures, or HSBs are created) during the life of the Contract, the Contractor has an ongoing obligation to comply with such. No formal amendment to the Contract will be required to effectuate the Contractor’s obligation to comply with updated/new FDC policies, procedures, or HSBs. Please note that all forms referenced in this Contract, unless specifically identified otherwise, are FDC forms and subject to the same update procedures. In the event any of these documents conflict, the conflict will be resolved in the following order of priority (highest to lowest):
