Common use of Exhibition of Premises Clause in Contracts

Exhibition of Premises. Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents to enter and pass through the Premises at all reasonable hours to: (a) Post notices of non-responsibility; and (b) Exhibit the Premises to Holders of Superior Interests and to any prospective Lender, purchaser or lessee of the Building, provided that Landlord provides Tenant with at least one (1) business day prior notice (except in the event of an emergency) of such entry, enters in the company of a representative of Tenant, and complies with Tenant’s confidentiality policies and procedures.

Exhibition of Premises. Subject to provisions of Section 5.3, Tenant shall will permit Landlord and its agents to enter and pass through the Premises or any part thereof at all reasonable times during normal business hours to: (a) Post post notices of non-responsibilitynonresponsibility; and (b) Exhibit exhibit the Premises to Holders of Superior Interests Landlord's mortgagees and lienholders and to any prospective Lender, purchaser purchasers or lessee mortgagees of the BuildingPremises; and (c) during the period commencing eighteen months prior to the expiration of the Term, provided that Landlord provides Tenant with at least one (1) business day prior notice (except in exhibit the event Premises to prospective tenants of an emergency) of such entry, enters in the company of a representative of Tenant, and complies with Tenant’s confidentiality policies and proceduresPremises.

Tenant shall permit Landlord and its agents agents, upon notice, to enter and pass through the Premises or any part thereof at all reasonable hours times to: (a) Post notices of non-responsibilitynonresponsibility; (b) exhibit the Premises to holders of any encumbrances and to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants of the Building; and (bc) Exhibit during the period of six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Lease Term, exhibit the Premises to Holders of Superior Interests and to any prospective Lender, purchaser or lessee of the Building, provided that Landlord provides Tenant with at least one (1) business day prior notice (except in the event of an emergency) of such entry, enters in the company of a representative of Tenant, and complies with Tenant’s confidentiality policies and procedurestenants thereof.
