Exhibitor Passes. 13.1 The trade fair grounds may only be accessed with a non-transferable exhibitor pass issued by the Leipziger Messe GmbH. The Leipziger Messe GmbH shall be enti- tled to collect passes without providing a re- placement in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.

Exhibitor Passes. Each Exhibitor will be provided a limited number of entry passes for their booth personnel to gain entrance to the Show and are not to be used or distributed to others. Guest passes (VIP) are available at the Show office on a limited basis to Exhibitors at a discounted price.
Exhibitor Passes. You will receive the five (5) show exhibitor passes as part of your exhibitor package for each booth purchased (i.e., two booths will yield 10 exhibitor passes); with a maximum of 10 passes per exhibitor. Special Room Rates, for rooms booked prior to January 10, 2010 are: Single - $114.00 per night (plus 8% state and local tax) Double - $114.00 per night (plus 8% state and local tax) Triple - $124.00 per night plus 8% state and local tax) Quad - $129.00 per night (plus 8% state and local tax) In order to receive your special rate, individuals must indicate that they are with New Hampshire Farm and Forest Expo or reference the following PAC CODE: FRMFST for on-line bookings at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. In order to receive the special rate, please book your room by January 10, 2010. Individuals responsible for making their own reservations will be asked to guarantee for late arrival with a major credit card. Exhibitor Passes. Each stand holder will be issued with a fixed number of passes to the event. These are not transferable or re sellable Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of the stand holder from the event. The stand will be removed at the stand holders cost. Extra cards are available at additional cost. There is a deposit of €20 per card. The general security of the halls will be under the responsibility of the “VA” without liability for any losses or damage. The exhibitor is responsible for the supervision and security of their stands during the event. This applies for the time during the construction and dismantling periods also.

  • Exhibitors Exhibitors will receive registrations for four people to work the exhibit booth. Should exhibitors require additional registrations, they must be purchased from THE CONFERENCE GROUP at rates established by THE CONFERENCE GROUP. Registrations are not transferable.
