Exhibitor Passes. Each stand holder will be issued with a fixed number of passes to the event. These are not transferable or re sellable Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal of the stand holder from the event. The stand will be removed at the stand holders cost. Extra cards are available at additional cost. There is a deposit of €20 per card. The general security of the halls will be under the responsibility of the “VA” without liability for any losses or damage. The exhibitor is responsible for the supervision and security of their stands during the event. This applies for the time during the construction and dismantling periods also.
Exhibitor Passes. 13.1 The trade fair grounds may only be accessed with a non-transferable exhibitor pass issued by the Leipziger Messe GmbH. The Leipziger Messe GmbH shall be enti- tled to collect passes without providing a re- placement in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
13.2 Exhibitors shall have a claim to free exhibitor passes, the quantity of which shall depend on the size of the trade fair space rented. Any additionally required exhibitor passes are to be requested in return for a fee using the corresponding OSC form.
13.3 Exhibitor passes shall also entitle the bearer to access the corresponding trade fair grounds during setup and break- down hours. If expressly endorsed on the exhibitor’s pass, its holder may use public transport of Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund (MDV) in the zone indicated (2nd class) to travel one time only during the event from the place of accommodation to the fairground and re- turn. The contract of transport is concluded between the holder of the pass and MDV directly based on MDV’s applicable condi- tions as to transport and fares. The cost of transport including VAT included in the ticket price will be collected by Leipziger Messe for and in the name of MDV.
13.4 The Leipziger Messe GmbH is to be informed without delay in the event of the loss of exhibitor passes. The exhibitor shall be liable for any damage arising from mis- use due to the late notification of the loss of exhibitor passes.

Exhibitor Passes. Each Exhibitor will be provided a limited number of entry passes for their booth personnel to gain entrance to the Show and are not to be used or distributed to others. Guest passes (VIP) are available at the Show office on a limited basis to Exhibitors at a discounted price.

Exhibitor Passes. You will receive the five (5) show exhibitor passes as part of your exhibitor package for each booth purchased (i.e., two booths will yield 10 exhibitor passes); with a maximum of 10 passes per exhibitor. These passes will be at the Exhibitor Check-in and must be signed out by the person or company/organization listed on the individual pass. Exhibitor passes will not be mailed to you. Individuals responsible for making their own reservations will be asked to guarantee for late arrival with a major credit card.
