Exhibits and Other Agreements. (a) The Exhibits and other agreements specifically referred to in, and delivered pursuant to, this Agreement are an integral part of it. Any disclosure that is made in any of the Schedules delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed responsive to any other applicable disclosure obligation hereunder.
