Common use of Exhibits and Schedule of Exceptions Clause in Contracts

Exhibits and Schedule of Exceptions. All exhibits, annexes and schedules, including the Schedule of Exceptions set forth as Exhibit C hereto, annexed hereto or referred to herein are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Agreement as if set forth in full herein. A disclosure in any particular Schedule of the Schedule of Exceptions or otherwise in this Agreement will be deemed adequate to disclose another exception to a representation or warranty made herein if the disclosure identifies the exception with reasonable particularity so that any exception to any other Schedule is reasonably apparent.
