Common use of Exhibits; Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Exhibits; Entire Agreement. The exhibits and other attachments to this Agreement are hereby incorporated by reference and made part hereof. This Agreement (including, without limitation, the Regulated Services Agreement and each of the exhibits and attachments to this Agreement) constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and there are no restrictions, promises, warranties, covenants or undertakings other than those expressly set forth or referred to herein. This Agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements and undertakings between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
