Common use of EXHIBITS TO LOAN INSTRUMENTS Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITS TO LOAN INSTRUMENTS. Upon the consummation of the Eleventh Amendment Acquisition (i) Borrowers shall deliver to Agent amendments to the Exhibits attached to each Loan Instrument (the "Exhibit Amendments") which require modification due to the Eleventh Amendment Acquisition and (ii) the Exhibit Amendments applicable to the Eleventh Amendment Acquisition shall be deemed to be part of the applicable Loan Instrument.

Upon the consummation of the Eleventh Seventh Amendment Acquisition (i) Borrowers shall deliver to Agent amendments to the Exhibits attached to each Loan Instrument (the "Exhibit Amendments") which require modification due to the Eleventh such Seventh Amendment Acquisition and (ii) the Exhibit Amendments applicable to the Eleventh Seventh Amendment Acquisition shall be deemed to be part of the applicable Loan Instrument.

Upon the consummation of the Eleventh Fourteenth Amendment Acquisition Acquisitions (i) Borrowers shall deliver to Agent amendments to the Exhibits attached to each Loan Instrument (the "Exhibit Amendments") which require modification due to the Eleventh Fourteenth Amendment Acquisition Acquisitions and (ii) the Exhibit Amendments applicable to the Eleventh Fourteenth Amendment Acquisition Acquisitions shall be deemed to be part of the applicable Loan Instrument.
