EXISTENCE, BUSINESS, ETC. The Borrower will cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and to keep in full force and effect its existence and rights and those of its Subsidiaries. The Borrower will, and will cause its Subsidiaries to, comply in all material respects with all federal, state and local laws and regulations now in effect or hereafter promulgated by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over it or them, as applicable.
