Common use of Existence; Business Clause in Contracts

Existence; Business. Subject to Schedule 4.6, Borrower will (a) maintain its existence, (b) engage primarily in business of the same general character as that now conducted, and (c) refrain from entering into any lines of business substantially different from the business or activities in which Borrower is presently engaged.
