Existence; Compliance with Legal Requirements; Insurance. Borrower shall do all things necessary to preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect the Entity existence, rights, licenses, permits and franchises necessary for the conduct of its business and comply in all respects with all applicable Legal Requirements. Borrower shall notify Lender promptly of any written notice or order that Borrower receives from any Governmental Authority relating to Borrower's or any of its Affiliates' failure to comply with applicable Legal Requirements. Borrower shall at all times maintain, preserve and protect all franchises and trade names and preserve all the remainder of its property necessary for the continued conduct of its business.
