Existence; Licenses. Each Borrower shall do or cause to be done all things necessary to remain in existence. Borrower shall do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect all rights, licenses, Permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy, consents, approvals and other agreements necessary for the continued use and operation of the Properties.
