Existence; Licenses. Etc. (i) Preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence and good standing in the jurisdiction of its incorporation, organization or formation (as applicable); (ii) qualify and remain qualified to transact business in all jurisdictions where such qualification is required by applicable Laws; and (iii) obtain and maintain all licenses, certificates, permits, authorizations, approvals, and the like, which if not obtained and maintained, could have a Material Adverse Effect on the Borrowers.
