Common use of Existence; Licenses Clause in Contracts

Existence; Licenses. Each Borrower will maintain its existence as a limited liability company under the laws of the State of Delaware and will obtain and maintain its qualification in each jurisdiction in which the qualification is or will be necessary to protect the validity and enforceability of this Agreement, the Exchange Notes and the Borrower Collateral. Each Borrower will obtain and maintain all material licenses required by applicable law in each jurisdiction necessary for the conduct of its business or the ownership of the Leases or the ownership and leasing of the Leased Vehicles.
