Common use of Existence of Issuer Clause in Contracts

Existence of Issuer. The Issuer covenants that it will at all times maintain its corporate existence and will duly procure any necessary renewals and extensions thereof; will use its best efforts to maintain, preserve and renew all the rights, powers, privileges and franchises owned by it; and will comply with all valid acts, rules, regulations and orders of any legislative, executive, judicial or administrative body applicable to the Project and the matters herein provided for.

The Issuer covenants that it will at do all times things in its power in order to maintain its corporate existence or assure the assumption of its obligations under this Agreement and will duly procure the other Loan Documents to which it is a party by any necessary renewals and extensions thereofsuccessor public body; will use its best efforts to maintain, preserve and renew all the rights, powers, privileges and franchises owned by it; and will comply with all valid acts, rules, regulations and orders of any legislative, executive, judicial or administrative body applicable to the Issuer in connection with the Project and the matters herein provided forProject Bonds.
