Existing Borrowers' Re-Fix Rate. (a) The Administrator shall, in relation to each Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan, serve on the Seller as agent for and on behalf of, inter alia, the Mortgages Trustee and the Beneficiaries the notice referred to in Clause 8.6(a) of the Mortgage Sale Agreement sixty (60) days before the expiry of the initial fixed rate period (as defined in Clause 8.6(a) of the Mortgage Sale Agreement) applicable to that Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan.
