Common use of Existing Business Relationship Clause in Contracts

Existing Business Relationship. There exists no actual or, to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any materially adverse modification or change in, the business relationship of Borrower with any customer or group of customers whose purchases individually or in the aggregate are material to the operations of Borrower, or with any supplier.
