Existing Client Payment Processing Fees. Clients who signed up to Upwork before the availability of the Client Membership Plans (“Existing Clients”) will maintain their existing payment processing and administration fee arrangements. If an Existing Client chooses to move to a Client Membership Plan, the Client will be subject to the payment processing and administrative fees associated with that Client Membership Plan (see Section 3.1) and will not be able to revert to their prior arrangement. Existing Clients who did not opt into the Flat Payment Processing Fee (defined below), pay Payment Processing Fees on the same terms as described under Section 3.1 except the fee is 2.75% instead of 3%. Eligible Existing Clients who previously elected to pay a payment processing fee of $25.00 for all payments in a monthly period (the “Flat Payment Processing Fee”) rather than the Payment Processing Fee for each payment remain eligible for the Flat Payment Processing Fee as described herein.   • Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.

  • Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.

  • Payment Processing Citizens may require any other information from Vendor that Citizens deems necessary to verify any compensation request placed under this Agreement and Vendor agrees that it will provide such information as reasonably requested by Citizens. Payment shall be due net thirty (30) calendar days of Citizens’ actual receipt of a complete and undisputed invoice. Where a submitted invoice is incomplete, such as not containing the information described in this Section, Citizens will return the incomplete invoice to Vendor for correction within thirty (30) calendar days of Citizens’ actual receipt of such invoice. Where Citizens reasonably disputes any part of a complete invoice, such as the amount of the compensation request, Citizens shall pay any undisputed portion of the invoiced amount within (30) calendar days of Citizens’ actual receipt of the complete invoice and will describe the basis for the disputed portion of the invoiced amount. Where Vendor disagrees with Citizens dispute of any invoice, the Parties shall seek to resolve the dispute in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Process further described in this Agreement. In no case shall Citizens be subject to late payment interest charges where Vendor has submitted an incomplete invoice or where Citizens has reasonably disputed an invoice. Where Vendor fails to submit an invoice within twelve (12) calendar months of the Services for which compensation is being requested, Vendor acknowledges and agrees that any payment due for such Services is forfeited by Vendor for its failure to timely submit an invoice.

  • Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.

  • Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order.   • Stop Payment Request You may ask the Credit Union to stop payment on any check drawn upon or ACH debit scheduled from your checking account. You may request a stop payment by telephone, by mail, or in person. For checks, the stop payment will be effective if the Credit Union receives the order in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order. For ACH debits, the stop payment order must be received at least three (3) banking days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You must state the number of the account, date, and the exact amount of the check or item and the number of the check or originator of the ACH debit. If you give the Credit Union incorrect or incomplete information, the Credit Union will not be responsible for failing to stop payment on the item. If the stop payment order is not received in time for the Credit Union to act upon the order, the Credit Union will not be liable to you or to any other party for payment of the item. If we recredit your account after paying a check over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to transfer all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check to the Credit Union, and to assist the Credit Union in legal action taken against the person.

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.
