Existing Compounds. Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing for the duration of Term, Unity shall have the right to designate one or more Existing Compounds as Unity Active Compound, by providing Ascentage with written notice as described in Section 2.5.2(a) below and subject to the requirements of Section 2.5.2(b) below.
