Common use of Existing Compounds Clause in Contracts

Existing Compounds. Without prejudice to and acknowledging the designation of Ascentage Active Compounds as set forth in Section 2.5.1(a), commencing on the [***] ([***]) [***] anniversary of the Effective Date and continuing for the duration of Term, Ascentage shall have the right to designate one or more Existing Compounds as Ascentage Active Compounds, by providing Unity with written notice as described in Section 2.6.2(a) below and subject to the requirements of Section 2.6.2(b) below.
