Existing Connections. The Retailer must use its best endeavours to connect the Customer at a supply address previously supplied by a Retailer within one business day or within a period agreed with the Customer, subject to the following requirements:
a) adequate supply being available at the required volume and pressure at the boundary of the Customer premises;
b) the natural gas installations at the Customer premises complying with regulatory requirements; and
c) the meter at the Customer premises being available for use by the Retailer where necessary. The obligation of the Retailer to connect the Customer within one business day is subject to the Customer complying with the following requirements:
i. the Customer making applications (in person, by telephone or in writing) and provide acceptable identification as required by the Retailer;
ii. if requiring connection within one business day, the Customer making the application by 3 pm on the previous business day;
iii. the Customer agreeing to pay the Retailer all relevant fees and charges;
iv. the Customer providing contact details for billing purposes;
v. if the request is made in respect of a rental property, the Customer providing contact details for the property owner or the owner’s agent;
vi. if required by the Retailer, the Customer satisfying the Retailer that necessary safe, convenient and unhindered access to the Customer premises, the meter and the natural gas installation is available;
vii. if required by the Retailer, the Customer providing the Retailer with information on the number and types of appliances installed, number of household occupants and anticipated usage of appliances;
viii. if required by the Retailer, the Customer providing a refundable advance, bank guarantee or entering into a payment arrangement; and
ix. the Customer not having an outstanding debt relating to the supply of natural gas or any other form of gas supplied by the Retailer to the Customer at a previous supply address (other than a debt the subject of a dispute, or for which repayment arrangements have been made). The Retailer or gas distribution operator must connect the Customer’s premises in accordance with the distribution standards.
Existing Connections. RLCWA reserves the right to remove and abandon any tap and appurtenances when construction or conditions will subject the tap to damage or impact RLCWA’s regular and unimpeded access to the connection.
Existing Connections. The Retailer shall use its best endeavours to connect the Customer at a supply address previously supplied by the Retailer within one business day or within a period agreed with the Customer, subject to the following requirements:
a) adequate supply being available at the required volume and pressure at the boundary of the Customer premises;
b) the natural gas installations at the Customer premises complying with regulatory requirements; and
c) the meter at the Customer premises being available for use by the Retailer where necessary.
d) the obligation of the Retailer to connect the Customer within one business day is subject to the Customer e) complying with the following requirements:
Existing Connections. Where a service line exists, Dekalb County shall determine whether this service line is to be used or requires replacement. Where service line replacement is required, the application shall be charged as though it were a new service connection. Service connection shall be made as provided for a new service connection.
Existing Connections. We will use Our best endeavours to arrange to connect You at a Supply Address previously supplied by Us within 1 Business Day or within a period agreed by You, if:
(a) there is adequate supply available;
(b) the gas installation at the Supply Address complies with regulatory requirements; and
(c) the Meter Equipment at the Supply Address is available for use by Us. We will only be obliged to arrange connection for You within 1 Business Day and supply gas to You if:
(d) You make an application (in person, by telephone or in writing) and provide acceptable identification as required by Us;
(e) You make the application by 3pm on the previous Business Day;
(f) You agree to pay Us all relevant Fees and charges;
(g) You provide contact details for billing purposes;
(h) the request is made for a rental property, You provide contact details for the property owner or the owner’s agents to verify a rental agreement is in place, if required by Us;
(i) where required by Us, You satisfy Us that necessary safe, convenient and unhindered access to the Supply Address, the Metering Equipment and the gas installation is available;
(j) where required by Us, You provide Us with information on the number and types of appliances installed, number of household occupants and anticipated usage of appliances;
(k) where required by Us, You have provided Security in accordance with clause 11; and
(l) You do not have an outstanding debt in relation to the gas supplied by Us to You other than a debt the subject of a dispute, or for which repayment arrangements have been made. We will connect the Supply Address only in accordance with the Distribution Standards.
Existing Connections. Any industrial user required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit which was discharging wastewater into the POTW prior to the effective date of this Part and which wishes to continue such discharges in the future shall, within 90 days after said date, apply to the MTMA for a wastewater discharge permit in accordance with §18-311 of this Part and shall not cause or allow discharges to the POTW to continue after 180 days of the effective date of this Part except in accordance with a wastewater discharge permit issued by the MTMA. Any industrial user required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit which proposes to begin or recommence discharging into the POTW must obtain such permit prior to the beginning or recommencing of such discharge. An application for this wastewater discharge permit, in accordance with §18-311 of this Part, must be filed at least 90 days prior to the date upon which any discharge will begin or recommence. Existing Connections. Any significant industrial user which discharges nondomestic waste into the sanitary sewer system prior to the effective date of the ordinance from which this article derives and who wishes to continue such discharges in the future, shall within 90 days after such effective date, apply to the director for a wastewater discharge permit and shall not cause or allow discharges to the POTW to continue after 180 days from and after the effective date of the ordinance from which this article derives, except in accordance with a permit issued by the director.
Existing Connections. Subject to adequate supply being available at the Supply Address and the Gas installation at the Supply Address at the required volume and pressure at the boundary of the supply address. Xxxxxx Energy will use its best endeavours to arrange to connect the Customer at a Supply Address previously supplied by Xxxxxx Energy within 1 Business Day or within a period agreed by the Customer, if there is adequate supply available, the Gas installation at the Supply Address complies with regulatory requirements and the Meter Equipment at the Supply Address is available for use by Xxxxxx Energy. Xxxxxx Energy will only be obliged to arrange connection for the Customer within 1 Business Day if:
(a) the Customer makes an application (in person, by telephone or in writing) and provides acceptable identification as required by Xxxxxx Energy;
(b) the Customer makes the application by 3pm on the previous Business Day;
(c) the Customer agrees to pay Xxxxxx Energy all relevant Fees and charges;
(d) the Customer provides contact details for billing purposes;
Existing Connections. We will use Our best endeavours to arrange to connect You at a Supply Address previously supplied by Us, if:
(a) there is adequate supply available;
(b) the gas installation at the Supply Address complies with regulatory requirements; and
(c) the Meter Equipment at the Supply Address is available for use by Us. If these conditions are met, We will arrange connection for You and supply gas to You if:
(d) You make an application (in person, by telephone or in writing) and provide Acceptable Identification as required by Us;
(e) You agree to pay Us all relevant Fees and charges;
(f) You provide contact details for billing purposes;
