Common use of Existing Covenants Clause in Contracts

Existing Covenants. If Participant violates any confidentiality, non-competition, or non-solicitation covenants to which Participant is subject pursuant to any separate agreement between Participant and the Company and/or its Subsidiaries or Affiliates, all unvested Restricted Stock shall be cancelled and forfeited immediately.
