Existing Credit Agreement; Effectiveness of Amendment and Restatement. Until this Agreement becomes effective in accordance with the terms of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, the Existing Credit Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected hereby. After the Restatement Effective Date, all obligations of the Borrower under the Existing Credit Agreement shall become obligations of the Borrower hereunder, secured by the Security Documents, and the provisions of the Existing Credit Agreement shall be superseded by the provisions hereof.
