Common use of Existing Credit Agreement Superseded Clause in Contracts

Existing Credit Agreement Superseded. This Credit Agreement shall on the Restatement Date supersede the Existing Credit Agreement in its entirety, except as provided in this §30. On the Restatement Date, the rights and obligations of the parties evidenced by the Existing Credit Agreement shall be evidenced by this Credit Agreement and the other Loan 109

Existing Credit Agreement Superseded. This Credit Agreement shall on the Restatement Effective Date supersede the Existing Credit Agreement in its entirety, except as provided in this §3025. On the Restatement Effective Date, the rights and obligations of the parties evidenced by the Existing Credit Agreement shall be evidenced by the Agreement and other Loan Documents, the "Syndicated Loans" as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement shall be converted to Syndicated Loans hereunder, and all outstanding letters of credit issued by Fleet for the account of the Company prior to the Effective Date shall, for the purposes of this Credit Agreement and the other Loan 109Agreement, be Letters of Credit.
